Each parameter measured is explained in terms of risk of having physical problems such as diabetes, hypertension, heart attacks, strokes, and with smoking the dry wrinkled look of the lip area and alcohol excess and the drained tired look of the face. Exercise and diet can also be discussed.
We will show you how to incorporate health screening into part of your cosmetic business so increasing profits and client satisfaction.
Many clients who undertake this screen do not have the time to see their GP as they are not unwell and can not get time off work. The screen takes only 20-30 minutes so can be easily carried out at the same time as their cosmetic treatments.

Q aesthetics in conjunction with the medical division Q medical has designed a comprehensive booklet that the client and practitioner complete and then a risk assessment chart at the back of the booklet allows the risk calculation. This material is copyright, but a license would be granted to all practitioners from the course. You can photocopy the booklets or purchase them from us at £2 per booklet + p/p in a presentation binder.
In addition, additional blood tests can be taken and authorized by Q medical. All samples are analyzed though accredited laboratories. Essentially any blood test can be undertaken, but guidance on what would be acceptable to carry out is discussed. Indeed any person having Hyperhydrosis treatment should really have a thyroid function check, you could be negligent if you don’t!
